"first day" of school

i love thursdays. because i have no class! well, as it turns out, i'm actually in wind ensemble this concert, so i will have one two-hour class at 3:30, starting next week and going for a month. i'm playing in every piece! how exciting? and there's also a recording session in which i will presumably play. i'm famous! now i have to get my books at hopkins and register at peabody. gosh, someone really should do my laundry.
